Shipping Policy

 

Sunhawk Mod Services, Int'l -Local & International Shipping Policy

  We make delivering technical services and products as simple as possible for our clients.

LOCAL

You may contact us for local delivery and pickup of your device. One of our technicians or Mobile Field Agents (MFAs) will contact you within 24-48 hours.

 

  • Ship your device via USPS Priority Mail or your preference (with tracking): A good options which includes a tracking number for your package to us. This will give us and our client the option to check the delivery status of the package and its current location. After your service order is completed, we will contact you of its status and ship your device to the same shipping address received via USPS Priority Mail with its tracking number.

 

  • In Person Delivery/Drop-offs : We prefer use of any postal service that has a tracking option, although it is very convenient to accept delivery and payments immediately in person. You can pay in cash, or use a debit or credit card which our Staff or MFA can process  in your presence. Transaction completions for paying in cash or card is then signed by you either digitally or on paper. You will receive the paper or an email receipt shortly afterwards.


    Customer: Contact us and ask for our mailing address if you wish to ship your device(s) to us.

    - When we complete the service requested, we will return your device via USPS Priority Mail using your return address unless the customer contacts us requesting a different return postal address.

 

Our mobile staff can answer any questions you may have and will give you the estimated completion time for the technical service or order you requested with the exact price upfront. Our professional technicians will service your device for you and will contact you for pickup arrangements upon completion of your purchased service or services.

 

 

REMOTE/MOBILE/INTERNATIONAL

Due to the shipping costs internationally, it is less costly for both parties not to use this form of postal delivery. But if requested,  we will ship Internationally (note that we cannot guarantee delivery after the product leaves US Customs borders).


We offer many convenient options for our clients:

  • Ship your device via USPS Priority Mail (If client ships from the US to a US SMS address): A good options which includes a tracking number for your package to us. After your service order is completed, we will contact you of its status and ship your device to the same shipping address received via USPS Priority Mail with its tracking number.

 

If the device is not shipped via a post office from a US address to one of our US SMS addresses, then it will be prepared as a digital download. (this is only for android rooting. Carrier unlocks only require the client to supply the IMEI, Model Number, What carrier device is locked to, and Country of device's Origin.).

 

 

 

 

PC GAMES & PROGRAMS

All games and programs sold through us will be shipped via DIGITAL DOWNLOAD unless we are notified at the time of check out, at which the customer may send a message along with the order at checkout.  Simply tell us you wish your program or game as a digital download, or on a disc format. 

 

*NOTEIf the program or game is too large to deliver via digital download, we will then automatically send your order as a disc via USPS Priority Mail (with tracking).

 

** If we are unable to ship via USPS Postal Service, then refer to the section ‘International’.

 

 

Physical Items/Products

All Products will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

 

International

All Programs and games for PC will be shipped via DIGITAL DOWNLOAD (link), unless the customer notifies us at checkout that they wish their game or program on a disc(s).

Physical Items/Products

All Products shipped via a US postal service are subject to a full refund if all conditions are met.

 

We're so convinced you'll absolutely love our products and appreciate our services, that we're willing to offer a 3 day risk-free money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product or services for any reason you can get a refund within 3 days of making a purchase. (*Subject to further guidelines below)

 

Additional Services

Please note that any additional services, custom work or technical support are non-refundable as our time cannot be recovered. So to make things fair for all parties, we issue a partial refund as stipulated in the below documentation.

How Refunds Are Issued

 

SMSI may determine that a refund can be issued without requiring a return. If you aren't required to mail your item back for a refund, you'll be notified by a customer service associate via your registered email on our website. For more information regarding usage, please see "Conditions of Use."

 

 

When returning an item, please contact us to request the correct return address to ship your item via US mail service that has tracking. Please note it may take one to five business days to process your return fully and issue your refund.

Once we issue your refund, it may take additional time for your funds to be made available in your account by your financial institution. See the following table for more details.

Note: Refund timing to a prepaid card depends on the issuer of the card. The refund can take up to 30 days to process based on the policy of the issuer. If you no longer have the physical card, the card is still stored within your account. It can be used toward future purchases on the account it's stored in.

 
*Gift Returns: The type of credit you receive depends on how the gift was purchased and its condition how it was returned.

 
 

Partial Refunds or Restocking Fees
